Francesa, for me, is a Christian (I like playing the complete opposite of me, and as an atheist, adding religion into a character is interesting) and those choices would compromise her ethics of not mistreating human beings directly with her influence (Descions like Garrus/Zaeds loyalty missions, in her mind it wasn't her mistreating people but Garrus/Zaed) (Key word: Human. She's somewhat warey of Aliens and has an easier time mistreating them).

To her, the Collector base was an abomination.

At least that's how I view it.. >.>
