Wow! Such juicy thread and I missed it all? No wai!

I have two Shepards, both considered as canon. One is canon palad... err... "paragon" type, another more down to earth, no-nonsense type of Shepard. In most cases both done same things, only via different dialogue options.

First one.
Krzysztof Shepard, Spacer/War hero, soldier.
"Canon paragon" - chose only paragon options where available, even if they sound stupid (that's the point, actually - lawful stupid all the way). 

ME1:
Conrad charmed, Shaira helped in diplomatic way, keepers scanned, Nirali Bhatia body returned home, Fist's spared.
Helped Tali with her Geth search, Garrus talked into lawful way, crew into being less xenophobic, Petrovsky being talked into Rebekkah decision, helped Wong first time, explain her that spying is no go second. Blake talked down into disbanding her gang. Most, if not all other quests/assignments/missions done similar paragon way.
Noveria: Helped Parasini, inform Cpt Matsuo of her subordinates' misbehavior, tried to avoid unnecessary losses among local personal, Let Rachni Queen live.
Feros: Saved the Colonists, talked out Jeong, spared Shiala.
Virmire: Talked down Wrex, let Rana Tanopsis go, helped salarians, extracted Kaidan. Ashley embraced the su... err, "nuke". Well, technically she was with salarians and it was Kaidan who armed nuke, but you got my meaning.
Romance in ME1: Ashley. Yeah, I know. But when I played first time, I had no idea what will happen, so I decided to keep it that way (that's why I hate spoilers!)
Saren was talked down two times.
Morality: Paragon
Citadel: Saved the Council, Anderson as councilor
BDtS: Saved crew, let Balak go.

ME2:
Freedom's Progress: Veetor goes with Tali
Omega: Daniel saved, honoured deal with batarians and let them go. Gave Kenn money to leave that cesspool.
Let Tana Ranopsis go. Again. (I really want to see what will happen with her in ME3)
Samara loyalty mission: Morinth dies.
Tali's trial: Paragon diagloue to clear Tali, tell the Admiralty Board not to go to war with the Geth, evidence withheld.
Mordin's loyalty mission: Maelon spared, Urdnot's POW "pep talked" (kudos to Garrus) , data on genophage cure saved
Jacob's father: incarcerated
Thane's loyalty mission: Joram Talid lives, Kolyat doing some public service (or whatever).
Zaeed's loyalty mission: Saved workers, convinced Zaeed it was the right thing to do

Romance: Stayed loyal to Ashley (yeah, I know)

Morality: Paragon choices only, some renegade residue came with "mission rewards".
Suicide mission: Miranda leads first and second fire teams, Tali is tech specialist, Samara is biotic specialist, took Garrus and Zaeed to Reaper. Mordin escorted crew. No casualties.
Final decision: Collector base is destroyed.
LotSB: pretty straightforward, can remember only paragon hostage takedown.
Arrival: tried to warn batarians and talk down Kenson.

Second and more "realistic" canon Shepard. 
THAC0 (ADnD 2nd Ed rules FTW!) Shepard. Spacer, War hero (why's there no "ordinary grunt" background?), Soldier. I consider his morality as neutral, but since we given only two options in "talking down" our verbal opponents, I tried both and both equally dislike (usually). So, he is neutral. In ME2 our actions are based on amount of "morale" we earn, so it's nearly impossible to stay neutral.

ME1:
Pretty much same decisions, only some of them via intimidate option. Still tried to avoid unnecessary losses.
Garrus talked into more "renegade" way.
Romance: none.
BDtS: Balak KIA.

ME2:
Little-to-no arguements with TIM ("Reapers involved? Point me in right direction"), most decisions were in Cerberus favour. Not for "I like red glow look" or "let's try dork side now", simply because I feel TIM is right, so what for those pointless talking?
Jacob's father: one round in chamber.
Thane's loyalty mission: Talid shot (no one threatens humans on my watch!)
Zaeed's loyalty mission: Vido KIA.
Garrus's loyalty mission: Harkin is beaten and shot, Sidonis lives.
Kasumi Loyalty Mission: Kasumi kept the greybox ( I really want to know what's there, maybe some Alliance-Cerberus deals, hmm?)
Romance: Kelly (what, I'm all alone here?)
Overlord: Stopped the research (probably one and only non-pro Cerberus decision here).
Morality: During "cheated" (save-game edition) playthrough I got somewhere around 50/50% really.
Suicide mission: One and only difference - Tali and Legion were taken to deal with Reaper (insanity and all that).
Final decision: Collector base is kept.
Arrival: Kenson shot. (Does it really matter?)
