Save help please?

So I was playing Me2 and I decided to save for the night and go to bed. But when I went to go save, everything was gone. All my saves, all my characters, everything and now I can't even save with a new character at all. Has anyone else have this happen to them?

No; not me personally.
I would suggest you check your HDD to see if it's connected properly and needs a jiggle to get things right again first. Also worth checking to see if the content (any and all) is on your HDD as well. Those should be your starting points.
