Behold, the fruits of our labour have paid off. Seriously Chris, thanks for taking in our concerns with Deception, even going so far as to create a revision for us! We all thank you for this.

*snip*

If it weren't for a certain Italian plumber we would have 100% Unity, I know it.

I'm so proud of us all, though, great job Decepticons.

Seriously guys, I am amazed that they're actually going to go back and fix the book. Like, stunned.

This is beyond awesome.

Same here. I thought they would just declare it non-canon & stay away from it as far as possible.

It's always great to see a developer caring about his Franchise and about it's Fans. Kudos to BioWare for that alone.

I just hope that the edited Version is not just about fixing the glaring Lore errors, as outlined in the Google Doc. The Main Cast acting out of character, especially compared to the previous books, is a major concern (for me) too. (Apart from the overall Writing and the "Ending" but these are more preferences than "flaws".) But the 450 Pages Thread should give a good overview over the raised concerns.

(Maybe start a Dialogue/Poll to gather and concentrate feedback?)

Will the future editions be notable that they are the new editions? Like the new editions of the halo novels that have different art

If this doesn't prove Bioware cares, I don't know what will.

Truth is - never should have happened.

And nothing will change that. I don't understand why people are thanking for it, it was deserved and nothing more. While it surprises me positively that there was an official reply, it doesn't make me go monkeys. You don't thank someone who screwed up for saying "I'm sorry".

Exactly the same as BioWare Bazaar, only difference - you guys learned not to make hollow promises while apologizing for horrid mistakes.

Thanks for the response, BioWare. We respect it very much.

For some strange reason, I've come to love BW even more b/c of this.

But seriously, thank you so much, BioWare!

To take a quote from Lord Vakarian "One less to worry about!" Seriously, thank you Bioware for actually addressing our concerns. Even if the reprint is still crappy, it says something that they do consider the issues we've raised as "errors" at least as far as the wiki is concerned. And of course, a bit thanks to the community as well, LLPrince, this is fact how we do it.
