because if it isn't I am washing my hands of he novels. Sad too, most were good and the Retribution was a great read.
You can't just wash your hands of the ones that annoyed you? You have to call them all crap by association?
By that logic I can't acknowledge Shadows of the Empire because of that one other Star Wars novel that sucked beyond belief.

I finished Deception in a month. It took so long because as I read it I felt it was giving me brain cancer. A few times I thought it was giving me rectal cancer too, some of the plot lines and device used had to come from colon depths. I wish I hadn't read it.

So, when will the new revised version be released?! I'm waiting!
Once Kai Leng has invaded BW HQ and tied them all up and ate all their cereal and forced them to completly redo the whole book and start from stratch.

Is a interesting book abot the world of mass effect and how it explains about the characters of the video game and the book.
These book is not bad for the sci-fi/action genre my friends read the book and they say that they liked too and they are hoping that there will more books from the author.

Honestly? We've been given no ETA and the only place they've announced it is in this thread.
Maybe a 5% chance they'll actually do it. Posting it on this thread a binding agreement does not make.
If they wanted this taken seriously they would have done a recall on the books.

Oh dear, what little he says in that interview suggest they will just be correcting glaring lore issues - even downplaying the problems by citing the least of them as a perspective issue and painting it as passionate fans being picky - he mentions nothing about the age mistakes, mischaractasations, and generally iffy plot. Granted I wasn;t expecting much to be done about the latter, but I hold onto hope for the former two.
That's what I was expecting... But still quite disheartening

Kinda hate to say this, but no matter what he / they say, I don't think they are not going to forget this anytime soon.

I'm still convinced that he didn't read the book. He also looks more worn and aged by the day.
He just tried to brush it off as not enough fact checking.
Which means: All plot points will stay the same!

That's what I expected all along. The whole "we'll fix it on the next printing" is sort of silly to begin with, because it makes no sense to reprint a book that has had this kind of negative reaction.
