The whole trilogy should just be renamed "Mass Effect: Deception"...by BioWare.
Nope. Mass Deception Effect.

So is Del Ray and BioWare going to remake Mass Effect: Deception? I got all the other books and I wonder if Bioware is going to enforce this book to be written correctly.
I wouldn't hold your breath.

When will the new "version´" be released?
... And will SFBC release a special hardcover edition of it?

It was released solely to ride on the hype of ME3. There is nothing left to hype up so releasing a 'new' franchise book without free marketing just isn't worth the effort.
Even if there was, the problems with the book couldn't be fixed with a little red ink so it was always going to take months of rewriting plus the months to republish it.

I'm afraid there will be no news soon.
Rewritting of Deception was using as argument of Retakers for changes of ME3 end (type Deception in Searching and you find a lot of such threads), so any news about it would probably become new fuel for ME3 end hatestorm. Currect situation practically crippled PR division of BW, they must think twice about any statement they will make, because everything sould be twisted and use against them.
Not mention that rewritting book with wrong lore rooted so deep in main story will be very difficult and every freelancer (Dietz is definitely out of question) will think twice before entering this stinky cave. Deception is like mine waiting for destruction of another reputation.

People are so cynical now, makes me think they almost don't want good things to happen.
Or maybe they just look at history and figure it's a good sign of the future.

anyways the way to fix this is for either bioware outright dismissing this story which is a cheap way of fixing it. Or hiring a new author to pen an entirely new story but EA/bioware probably won't make money publishing this but they could just make it a electronic release only.

A very recent only happened 2 months ago history.
The PR and marketing for ME3 started just after ME2 was released. That makes it two years of history they never lived up to...

Simple fix would be to just declare it non-canon. If the new version is never published then we can just pretend the novel never happened, and hopefully future novels/comics/games/etc will do the same.
Same with the ME3 ending
