Unless some special Reaper killing device suddenly comes into existence we really can't defeat the Reapers.

You have a romance with Harbinger; his taunts in ME2 were just dirty talk

Which one was Harbinger? the thing at the end of ME2? I ask because if Harbinger can indoctrinate all the way from darkspace then been able to influence minds from so far away might be a bit overpowered.

There's either going to be a deus ex machina, or the Reapers will be pussified to the point they're just another mook to shoot at.

Harbinger was the Reaper antagonist of ME2; front-and-center of the Reaper fleet when it shows them all at the very end of the cutscence after the Suicide Mission.

He actually wasn't indoctrinating them; you have to be in their actual presence in order for it to begin taking place. The Collectors were cybernetically and genetically repurposed; the best way I can describe it would be how, say you call customer service to help repair your PC/laptop, they can control your computer from their location despite being on the opposite side of the planet. He can see what he is doing on your computer and repair your computer on his. It is a very similar, if not the same, system.

By destroying the center of the Reaper's network; possibly another Citadel in Dark Space. With their network crippled, the Reaper fleet itself would be scattered. There would be remnants, but the Reapers themselves would be unable to regroup. After that, it's simply just hunting every last Reaper down (It would leave the plot wonderfully open with at least there being a chance that there is some remnant of the Reaper Fleet remaining)

I just hope Bioware doesn't just pull out a Deus Ex Machina like Gears of War 3 (BLUE WAVE OF DEATH!!!! YEA!), and at least leaves the Reapers off as a still present; but diminished threat.

Shepard'll think of something, probably involving an inspiring speech.

Shepard has several million robotic dogs made, and turns them loose on the reapers.  The Dogs chew the reapers up, then Shepard hits the Off switch.

The Dogs are Recycled into other things, the reapers are reaped, and everyone dances to the song "Who let the dogs out?"

We ask them an extremely complicated question that makes them self destruct themselves like President Eden in Fallout 3.

Sora shows up, teams up with Shepard, then the two of them pull some absurdly overpowered limit break that blows up half the fleet.
But then the Heartless show up and turn out to be worse somehow. Oh, well!
