Computer Specifications:
ASUS P67 Sabertooth Rev. B3 Motherboard
Intel i5 2500K Overclocked to 4.3 GHz
Dual EVGA GTX 560's in SLI, overclocked to 850 MHz
4x2 GB of DDR3 RAM at 1600 MHz
Seasonic X750 750 watt Power Supply

Software:
Windows 7 64 Bit, Ultimate Edition
NVIDIA GEFORCE 285.62 DRIVER

Basically, when I have my graphics settings at High or above, I get blocky terrain textures that flicker between being the very dark splotches indicated in the image and normal looking green grass. I'm not sure what's causing this.

Have you tried rolling back your drivers to rule out a driver problem? i also noticed you overclock your GPU try with it on normal clock settings some games just get fussy about overclocking with some GPU's. Also if none of that works try running the game using one GPU instead of both.

Though i have a feeling it might just be an issue with the game and that driver. Nvidia's drivers have a habit of not working with certain games depending on the driver.

Well said. I agree completely.
