Or does it break lore?? I'd love to see this happen.
Can Wardens get rid of the taint in their blood through blood magic?

If they could, they would have done so long ago.

Well, obviously. Maybe no one has figured out how, though? It's a possibility.

well the old guy I forget his name from wardens keep in the DAo dlc found new ways the wardens could use the taint maybe in those experaments of his he will find out how to extract the taint from the blood cells, my theory is that the taint attacks the blood cells, causing them to mutate

I would imagine so. Blood magic can do all kinds of awesome things.

Avernus didn't, although he did manage to extend his life for over a century and avoid the Calling. If I remember correctly the Architect cured Fiona (Maric's Grey Warden mistress) of the taint and darkspawn magic is supposed to be similar to blood magic.

No, but it is safe fail-proof blood magic if you are a warden. the demons don't understand the taint.

Why not just use regular magic?Uhh.. Jonah wrote...

Honestly, blood magic has become ST:TNG's deflector shield or ST:V's 7 of 9's nanobots. Yes, I get that it's cool, but does it have to be the cause of and solution to EVERY damn problem?

It might be possible, we don't know for certain.
That said I don't think anyone so far in the Dragon Age universe has figured it out yet, and if they have then they aren't sharing it.
The Grey Wardens would probably be the first to find it out because they aren't afraid to experiment with and use blood magic.
Also maybe there are people out there in Thedas who do know how to remove the taint but they aren't sharing it because removing the taint is more trouble than its worth (maybe it requires powerful magic or a really big sacrifice.)
Personally I'd like to imagine that only the most powerful magicians would be capable of doing such a feat.
EDIT: And last of all we still don't know everything about the taint in Dragon Age, maybe it is too strong to be completely removed. I still think it would be cooler if it can be removed but only in very rare cases.

People are desperate to clean the (well deserved) reputation of the most corrupting and dangerous (to user as well as to general populace) type of magic in Thedas in an attempt to make mages appear completely blameless.Maria Caliban wrote...

That or I'm bored.
