Thats the most likely explanation if no1 else has had there pre-order cancelled...especially if its still on sale online...though it can take them a while to update their site
Yes, my delivery address and my billing address are both different. That didn't stop them from shipping me games though.
I have never claimed on lost parcels with this or any another company. I see where you are getting at, but let me tell you that only on the month of December 2011 GAME UK made more than £500 pounds with me in sales alone. So it is not that at what you are hinting.
The problem is that I am unable to place new pre-orders on ME3 CE whether online (they get cancelled after a few hours) or even going
physically to a GAME retailer as, following their own words, they have reached their pre-order allocation limit and they are not accepting any further pre-orders on ME3 CE.
I hope this Monday it gets all sorted out.
