I preordered my ME 3 N7 on the 10th June 2011, I'm guessing that was the first batch of stock (so to speak).
My order hasn't been cancelled 'yet', but I can no longer find it on their website.
I have emailed them about it though.

i also preordered on this date. Not cancelled, but due to this thread i'm checking literally every day to make sure my order is still there.

Stuff like this, including the Dragon Age II Signature Edition failure has taught me something about what to do when dealing with Game.co.uk. Go to the store and order with a Reward Card. This way you pay £5 deposit and you're guaranteed your product. Since this thread I've checked with game several times and they confirmed my order, as well as telling me exactly where I ordered it from.

This likely reason for these cancellation is the high demand of the Xbox version - which I believe sold out very quickly. If anyone has had an order cancelled that wasn't 360, please share it. Now, Game should of dealt with this WAAAY before but obviously they have some very bad issues with this sort of thing.

My advise is to keep banging on to them about it. With the signature edition I believe it only got resolved when someone emailed the CEO and several people called the customer service directly.

Firstly, no idea about delivery, I just used the standard Royal Mail, not worried about getting it bang on release day.

Secondly, yes...they do take payment immediately.

If everybody who has had their order cancelled could PM me or post here with information about their order, such as date, etc., I will send an email to the CEO of GAME tomorrow on behalf of the BSN and try to get something sorted. This simply is not good enough!

That sounds like bull****. I mean, I totally believe GAME would be low enough to pull this stunt, but if it is uncovered by the gaming media they'll be a dead company within the year! (Which they look to be becoming anyway)

Interesting. I have cancelled (quite a few) pre-orders in the past as I found them cheaper elsewhere close to release.

Maybe this is a situation of my own making!

I havent cancelled anything with them except for a console, but I re-ordered it but adding a cable I needed.

@JaHawk, I ordered on the first day it was advertised. They told me in Jan all was okay after I saw this thread, just checked today and it was cancelled, last week it was fine. I have money in my account, the address is correct. There is no reason for them to cancel for me anyway. I checked everything so this wouldnt happen. *sigh*

I havent got the money to buy off gamestop.ie at the moment either. (I do have the money but dont want anything going out till fri when I get paid)

I ordered on 26 January 2012 (relatively recently compared to others here)...this was after Game announced they had a 2nd batch of the N7 Collector's Edition as I missed out on the first round.

Don't act all high and mighty, you're the incorrect one. The N7 Edition of Mass Effect 3 has been a GAME Group exclusive ever since it was announced. Amazon do not have legal permission to sell it in England until a month after release.

And VaultN7, I see you ordered on 8th June. Added that info to your section of my draft.

Thank you toxicnerve - that recent order date is useful because it evidences that orders from various different time periods are being cancelled here. Thanks for the input.

Sorry, but since this thread is about pre-ordered in the United Kingdom being cancelled, I presumed you were from the UK as well. And yes, my pre-order has been cancelled from GAME UK. Which is a pain in the ass. In the meantime I've placed a pre-order in store for the regular edition and am going to try my luck at getting a CE on launch day.

Despite what you think I don't live in a cave somewhere in Alaska. If you were actually informed about this thread before you decided to post in it, you would of realised we were refering to the situation of UK pre-orders. And if you were aware of that then you would of known (if you were 'informed') that only Game UK/Gamestation have permission to sell CE in the UK.

Well Gameplay which is part of the Game Group also cancelled my pre-order. I ordered on the 28th October 2011. I've decided to buy from Gamestop.ie instead. If I don't get it on the day of the release I will be annoyed but not pissed. Better to have it late, than not have it at all.
