I pre-ordered ME2 Collector's Edition with game and it turned up on the day of release... was waiting for me when I got back from work.

To be honest, with GAME, when stuff *does* actually work, it works well. Its only when things go wrong that you start to have far worse problems then youd get doing the same fixing with, say, an Amazon order.

I don't often order online with Game (for good reason) and when I do it's usually for a special edition and then I go for Express Delivery, so I can track the item and guarantee I get it for release, if not early. I ordered ME3 way back in June, with the GoW3 Epic Edition and as the order came to over £100 I qualified for free Express Delivery. However, little did I know at the time it only applied for the first shipped item of the order. I only found this out the other day, so I rang Game to see if I could pay the extra £5 and change ME3's delivery method from standard to express but they told me it was not possible. Reason being, they said the only way to change delivery option would be to cancel my order and re-order but as the CE is no longer listed on the site that's not an option. I know it's not a big deal and I'm fortunate to still actually have my pre-order in place, I'm just a little worried the game is going to arrive late because the Royal Mail service in my area is terrible and I live in the North West of England; about 200 miles away from where game's are dispatched from in Basingstoke.

In my experience, they normally ship before the official release, meaning it arrives on the day of release.

Also, checked my order with Game, and they said it's still catalogued and good to go 

Hope others get their issues sorted out.

I have the exact same fear, I accidently clicked on free delivery and can't change it to express. It says before you order that its only 1-2 days delivery but I ordered a joypad a few weeks ago and used the free delivery for that, says 1-2 days when ordering but once its shipped that changes to 3-5 days and it took the whole 5 days.

I order from GAME a lot, never had an issue with them I always choose free delivery.

Every game i've preordered with them (except Fifa 12) has arrived the day before the UK release. So i'm expecting my ME3 CE to arrive on the 8th - 9th at the latest.

I think it depends how good your post is really.

shopto.net  now have the ME3 N7 edition on all platforms. UK based site, very good, I always order with them.

I suggest all UK should consider ordering N& from Play or Shopto now.
Apperently they are stocked and ready to go now, while Game is pretty much broke and won't stock ME3, even standard edition.

Unfortunately, the writing's on the wall, peeps. GAME won't be stocking ME3 — nor any future EA-published titles — at all.

This is just terrible for those who pre-ordered the CE months in advance. I suggest everyone affected re-order ASAP from the newly listed retailers.

[EDIT] And to add insult to injury, GAME pre-order deposits are only be refunded as store credit. Good grief.

Yeah i went to one of the newly listed soon as i heard the news. I phoned my local GAME store in advance to confirm it. I was annoyed but the guy i got on the phone was pretty honest about his own frutration with the situation as he'd pre-orded through his own store obviously. He had a few shall we say...choice words...for the situation. After all he said they were about to tell 400 odd people, in that store alone, they weren't getting their pre-orders.

It marks the end for GAME I think. They're not perfect (by a long ways) but considering how bad their competition is it's not great news to see another games retailer struggling/going down.

I'm really disappointed. I pre-ordered Skyrim with GAME and I got my copy the day before the European release, and I was hoping they'd come up trumps this time. What really really bothers me is that they didn't even tell any of their pre-ordering customers about it - I've not received any kind of notification about this mess.

Thanks to all BSN guys for the info above, I've ordered from Play.com and keeping my fingers crossed. Any word on what will be happening with any retail specific bonus content?

Yep, my pre-order has been cancelled. They wouldn't even be bothered to let me know if I hadn't got in touch.

Oh well, of to Play I suppose.

Lucky I found another online UK site with  ME3 CE version and cheaper price, so hopefully work out better for me.

I pre-ordered back in Oct 2011   as well ,oh well I dont use GAME UK unless I've too.

Hate to say it but you're out of luck - they're getting no EA titles at all.
Play.com, Zavvi.com and another site, Shopto I think has some now.

my brother and I both ordered with GAME when i got the email im pretty sure my heart stopped....luckily managed to get on play.com and order another one....pretty gutted about losing out on my n7 valkyrie pre order bonus....or do you still get those? any one the situation with that? thanks

The N7 Valkyrie is part of the N7 Warfare Gear.
In this site, it says "
For further information regarding the Mass Effect 3 Standard Edition with the N7 Warfare Gear in-game weapons pack, please check this page later today. "
So there will probably be a way to get it in the UK.
Heck give it to all the stores.
