That's extremely alarming considering how early you preordered. Couldn't you get a digital PC collectors edition if you can't get any sort of compensation or proper answers?

 Phew, mine is still OK. I pre-ordered mine on June 8th.(Pretty much the same day they put it on) If mine gets cancelled there will be hell to pay

This is all due to their website being overhauled, they have had many issues with (i've had them all) pre-orders not showing online, billing addresses being invalid, accounts locked etc. Call them up! I had to sort all through it.

Alot of people have had issues. I have a back-up order on gametstation aswell. (did it as soon as I saw my pre-order on game had vanished)

I've had so many emails from them aplogizing for delay in response etc.

Damn, that's rubbish!

I know they're having difficulties, but since the CE is exclusive to them they really have no room to screw up.
I've got them preordered at gamestation - but then they're all the same.

I would be utterly fuming OP. Mine is with GAME aswell.

Haven't read the whole thread, but if you make a complaint to GAME regarding this they will no doubt reinstate your order as goodwill. Especially if you direct them to this thread. Bad publicity is not what a company in financial straits needs.

Guys i feel very sorry for you but worst case scenario get a refund ASAP and order the Digital Deluxe Edition from Origin. There you won't have any problem....if you are a PC gamer i mean

@ OP: Is the card that you used to order online due to expire before or around release day?

This is a big reason why people get things cancelled online. If the details you gave when ordering will be invalid when the time comes for Game to take the money out of your account to ship ME3, then they'll drop your order, because they wont get paid!

If so, re-order using a relative's or mates card (pay them in cash now) & pick it up from them on release day!

and this is why I am glad I live in the states; GameStop may be annoying but they don't cancel orders without cause, they don't over extend themselves, and damned if they aren't the best customer service I've had. OP: gamestop.ie (GameStop Ireland) has the N7 edition in stock. not sure of the pre-order bonuses there though. something to consider.

I agree and wasn't trying to seem insensitive however GAME has no presence in the states and thus I don't need to deal with their crap. However I have dealt with similar crap from another company

this is my advice to the OP: find where their corporate headquarters is, bring your original email confirmation from July, go in there and raise hell. you have proof that you ordered it. They owe you an explanation at the very least. Demand to speak to a person of authority in the company and tell them that if they don't do everything in their power to rectify the situation you will discontinue all business with them an advise your friends to do the same. they're already in financial trouble, if they think people are actively campaigning for people not to shop with them they'll be more likely to bend over backwards to please you.

That is pretty worrying. I pre-ordered my CE copy on the 11th July from GAME and I'm hoping they don't cancel that. I hope everything is eventually sorted out for you OP.

Thanks guys. I'll speak to them on Monday and see if we can clarify the matter. Fingers crossed. Hope it was just some big misunderstandment or some error on their part. Just wanted to vent my frustration here.

Actually there is an Ireland gamestop site.that stocks the collectors edition.

Hugely frustrating as GAME UK is the only retailer in the whole UK whose selling the Collector's Edition. I have written to them and I'm awaiting a reply. I went this morning to a GAME shop in Edinburgh and they said they had reached their "pre-order allocation" and could not help me. I could no longer buy the bloody game.

I'm devastated. Regular client of GAME UK since 2006.

Hey Bro - I think you could order from Mighty Ape (one of only 2 places selling CE in NZ) as it's not region coded right?  They still have it in stock, and send overseas.. so check it out:

Have you claimed on any lost parcels from other companies? All the companies share information about customers who make cancellations, refunds, and lost/undelivered items' situations

Thats the most likely explanation if no1 else has had there pre-order cancelled...especially if its still on sale online...though it can take them a while to update their site

Most likly this, happened to a friend of mine once. Only explenation that makes sence realy as they are still selling copies on game and gamestaion, when somthing becomes out of stock it's automaticly updated as such on the website.

 The same thing happened to me with a different game at Best Buy. I pre-ordered right away..  then they cancelled when it was sold out EVERYWHERE. I know your pain.. It sucks. Try Ebay or something. I wouldn't give up looking.

Just so everyone knows, GAME UK has total monopoly over CEs, a situation which incredibly alarming and never happened in Australia, so it was really disappointing to have to just run to GAME the moment I arrived to place my pre-order with them. Really sorry to hear the story op, I'm legging it to my store and making sure my pre-order hasn't changed as well, or there will be much shoveling of grief.
