Good Morning

I bought lately Mass effect 2 on steam and activated inside the game the cerberus network with the code I was given. As I exited the game and logged in again it said it was unable to connect and now it asks for my code again, which it claims has already been activated?

How can I solve this

Contact ea support. Use the chat support option and they will re-open the cerberus network for you.
