Obviously, we know quite a bit about the possible romances in ME3, but we hardly know all of it. There's been a lot of speculation for different characters, and I know for DA2 Bioware did a special info release on V-Day. I personally don't want to know everything (the game is out in March, I can wait... I think), but a final 'Here's who's romanceable for fShep/mShep/Both.' would be a nice thing to wake up to.
P.S. I've been out of the loop for a time, so if there's an answer already, point me at it?

Yeah, it would be nice, but I'm sure if they opt to go that route, they'll show only the o/s romances. Hopefully, we'll be able to dig something out of the demo.
As for who's available for new romance:
mShep: Liara, Tali (unconfirmed, speculation only based on leaks), Ashley, Diana Allers, Kelly
femShep: Kaidan, James Vega
f/f: Liara, Diana Allers, Kelly, Samantha Traynor (s/s exclusive)
m/m: Steve Cortez (s/s exclusive)
That's as far as we know. Also possible flings Gianna Parasini for mShep and Shiala for both.
