I know you've said that in ME3 we can change an Import's appearance, but in what sense? Will it be like ME2, where you have to build him/her from scratch again, just if you want a new hairstyle? Or will you preserve the facial code, and allow us to use that as our base?
I want to give my Shep a tan and new facial hair, but I don't want to have to rebuild him completely. That would be overkill.
