What? How did that happen?
ME3 plays only months after ME2, so how did the psychotic Jack suddenly become a teacher?
First, no one with a sane mind would want a psycho like Jack anywhere near his children, let alone teach them something. And why would anyone employ a convicted mass murderer who broke out of a superprison to join a terroristic organization (thats from the view point of earth government)? I consider Jack beeing free and not hunted already a miracle, but as teacher for little children?
Sure, Jack is a powerful biotic, especially for a human, but that has more to do with her genetic modifications than with her skill which she would be able to pass on.

Obviously she got there through sexual favors. She had the management chasing her booty from sunrise to sunset.

Maybe its just a cover! If your a paragon and swayed Jack to that side then she might try to be on the straight and narrow. So with Shepard in jail and not there to protect her then she had to hide somewhere from Cerberus. But lets say you were a renegade? She might be on Omega instead of the grissom academy. Just a thought.

I don't believe that Jack is psychotic, Led a violent life yes. Psychotic no. Background check are important. Well they are stupid due to Jack's violent past. Sometimes Violent past will always creep up on you.

This supposed well guarded school for biotics was recently just infiltrated by a biotic machine, an assassin, an ex-employee, and an alliance soldier.
Something tells me they wanted a teacher who would make breaking into the school legally count as a suicide note.
