Im looking for a video tutorial for making custom items, i read weriKK's blog and it helped, but i think it might help more to see it in action ya know, so if there is a video tutorial thatd be great.

Word of warning, those videos would be too long if they delt with anything beyond basic features.
The more you want to know, the more likely it is that you will find it in a written tutorial. In this case though, I think SilentCids basics tutorial that covers doors could probably demonstrate the system the toolkit needs enough for you to be able to guess how to apply it to items.

I've used this clearly written and detailed "cookbook" very successfully. Just follow each step verbatim.
It gives step by step how to make a custom item (using in-game art). And, how to give it to your party. It has pictures of what one will see on the screen inside the tool kit.

Video tutorials are the quintessence of fail. A well-written, step by step, pictorial tutorial is much more efficient.
