Yeah. The way Zaeed described him 'a sadistic bastard who shoots his victims and leaves them to rot', then yeah, i would leave the civilians to die. Let's not forget he used the workers as slave labour. So yeah, i think the bastard deserves to be immolated.

I won't hesitate to remove people like him.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure those 30 civilians really appreciate what you did.

They won't be alive to appreciate it. Ha. Ha. Ha.

Besides, killing Vido will potentially save many lives in the future from his sadistic nature. With his rule gone, maybe the Blue Suns would be less ruthless.

He obviously has a disregard for life, he does not even care that his actions, destroyed many lives and will continue to do so, all in the name of $$$.

It will likely just be referenced by a character or in a news cast if you transfer a save containing that DLC. Unlike the Shadow Broker and the Arrival DLC's which count as canon regardless of the player having played it or not, Kasumi's DLC is likely only canon if the player has played it. Much like Pinnacle Station in ME 1

Don't know about that, really. The reason why Blue Suns exists and still will, is because people go to them for protection. The Suns run marketing campaigns of their own.

I kinda see them as the Mafia, actually.

Based on the leaked script, there are severe consequences in ME3.

Video wasn't the one who got the civilians at the refinery killed...that would be Zaeed.

Vido commanded respect and authority. Replacing someone like him is not easy, and is always preceded by a bloodbath. We'll see. I hope it does have some consequences in ME3 though (does not matter if negative or positive tbh).

The Blue suns can always replace him. And if they can't, another criminal organization would replace it.

EDIT: Okay, I should stop. We've been talking in circles already.

Everyone has a different opinion. Vido obviously does not care who dies, as long as the job is complete. He shot innocent workers who wanted to escape, and left them to die from starvation, dyhydration or food for the wildlife.

Hopefully the new guy does to some extent, worry about innocent casualties. Anyone who treats living beings like animals and use them for slave labour deserve punishment. Nobody gets away with that, if you treat life like that, why should you have mercy?

Can somebody post or pm me vague hint on this tough paragon decision in ME1 that will earn indirect repercussions? But don't spoil it just give a vague hint.

That sounds like a "Meaning of life" discussion invitation to me.

I'm gonna pass on this one since I'm getting sleepy.-_-

For the "best" possible ending in ME3, played as a paragon, should I keep the greybox or should I destroy it?

The graybox issue I would think should come up in ME3. I'd at least like to know what the big dangerous secret was.

Vido I'm not too concerned with.

Yeah, but something I read earlier in this thread makes me worried about keeping it vs not keeping it and the consequences thereof...something, apparently, from the leaked script and I'd like to know more.  I haven't actually finished the mission yet for my 'canon' Shep and I want to know what kind of decision I should make.

Read the thread.  Multiple people confirmed that keeping it is a better idea.

You do realize the next in line for the Blue Suns is a batarian terrorist right?

Just checkin.

For Kasumi and the greybox, I'm guessing you will get a side mission to help Kasumi if she kept the greybox, I don't think it will be a big deal, basically you will have to rescue her from people going after the greybox.

As for Vido, as already stated, small time, but you might get a second chance and go along with Zaeed, definitely not sure on that one.

Agreed with both. The reapers are pretty much killing everybody, so both cases are pretty small scale in comparison.

This. Kill one merc leader, another steps in to take his place. Even Garrus says as much about Omega despite the fact that you killed the big three head honchos.

I went with the the middle option, along the lines of it's what he wanted. I don't see how keeping harmful information during a time of galactic panic is the only way to get the best resolution of the situation.

No, I meant the "Perfect" ending ME3... (Note: I haven't read the leaked script, I've just heard there being talk of an "ideal"/perfect ending)
