As it being there is only amazon and game that sell it in the UK and they stoped taking pre-orders last year!
Yes limited edtion but why to little for over here!
my local store could only get ahold of 7 copes for the xbox 360 so realy what were my chances of getting a hold of it!
Even worse people are already trying to sell there preorder of on ebay for £250! So am sorry but yea am allfor limited edtions but this was way to limited.so now imiss out!
But can anyone tell me how you get the DLC for collectors editon because i know with the secound one you put the code in online to get the download and you could get it for PC or Xbox from the same code!
To point out have only been able to pre-order it since december (yup same month they stoped taking pre-orders)

That said, if you think you might eventually be purchasing the Limited Edition down the road -- even close to a year off -- you should always put in your pre-order as soon as possible, since Amazon doesn't charge your account until the item actually ships. If you decide to cancel it later, you can still do so, but otherwise you should always lock it down before their quotas get filled up.
With GameStop (at least in the past), even if you pre-ordered, you weren't necessarily guaranteed a copy, but Amazon only accepts as many pre-orders as they'll have actual copies for. Get that order in, and you know you're solid.

Sorry, there simply cannot be any
more physical CEs made before launch. The items included in the physical
edition cannot be made in time for launch. Sorry, it will not happen.
This is why, back in November, I started warning people that the CE
would run out.
If you did miss ordering your physical CE, you can still get a digital edition.

Ok, portions or that statement sounded a little odd, so I just want to clarify the key point.
You said "there simply cannot be any more physical CEs made before launch". Does that mean that stock will return after launch, just with the pre-order items available exclusively through purchasing from XBL/PSN?

It means digitial copies of CE are still up because its impossible to run out.

It's a simple question: will additional stock for the physical CE be available sometime after the game's release date?

No, they aren't being produced anymore. Same thing for ME2.

Companies should not be alowed to do that and its wrong. Technicly selling somthing you don't have is fraud.
However, if your here because you waited this long before placing a pre-order, even when Bioware said they had limited numbers and would run out, then its almost kinda funny.

They really should have a way to purchase the 360 CE through Origin Store. If you try to order any EA-branded game from here it's a joke because they're only prepared to sell everything digitally now for PC - before that they only still sold PC only anyway, while the North American store sells for all platforms physically and digitally. EA must think Europe is not as important as where it was produced.
I'd still love to hear from Priestly about my question - no offense to other users here, but unless you work for Bioware/EA your perspective is of no benefit to his earlier statement.

You should be ashamed of yourselves for not being able to provide quality service to your community and consumers. I will no longer purchase Bioware products, nor will I continue to be affiliated with the corporation through social media services.
It's been fun and I've had a blast. But it seems since you partnered up with EA the quality and care that I had come to expect from this gaming company has gone down the drain.

It was announced AGES ago, they said that stocks are limited and running low AGES AGO.
Should have gone in sooner.

Of course people are complaining. As consumers in a higly competitive market we deserve better treatment.
There is no acceptiable excuse to why Bioware has ceased pre-order production of their N7 edition other than to manipulate supply and demand thus causing more "hype" for the game.
Your comment is silly and immature. if you have no valid information to add than do not post in this poll.

As a customer i find this type of marketing disgusting. You are well aware of the popularity of your game so you purposely play with the supply and demand hype.

Not sure what type of marketing you are referring to, and no there is no "playing with supply and demand". As the product marketers, we want the publishing arm to make *mountains* of these and sell them. The problem is, they contain a lot of long-lead production items (in this case the tin in particular has to be ordered months in advance). Because of the long lead time, publishing has to order the CE's based on demand calculations that happened a long time ago. There is also risk-aversity in the sense that neither store owners nor EA want to get caught with unsold inventory (which, believe it or not, can happen if you make too many). Keep in mind, we work with the stores to figure out how many to make as well. We don't just lick a finger and hold it up in the wind
I know it's hard to believe but marketing people aren't nefarious and evil (ok, maybe some are...but that goes for any profession) - for my part, I truly wanted to make sure there were plenty of these to go around, including some on the shelves when the game releases. When I came here a long while back to suggest preordering because supplies would be limited, the accusation was I was just the marketing guy trying to scare people into preordering. Not so. The reality is we end up basically negotiating internally to try and get as many of these made for preorder as possible. With ME2 we were WAY under, and it sold out very early. This time we were successful in getting a much larger quantity made, but yeah the demand still outstripped the supply.
There is a good chance there will be some of these reserved to be put on shelves for customers at some stores, but I can't say for sure which ones those would be (it's not our decision, it's the retailers'). Best bet is to inquire around at local shops.
The digital CE is also available on Origin if you are a PC player - granted, you don't get the physical items in that.
There's also a bit of news coming that may take some of the sting off for those who didn't manage to preorder this SKU.
I truly wish anyone who wants a CE could get one! Unfortunately there are not going to be any more made - it's a one time run.

LOL for real? There's a reason why some items are called "Collectors Edition." They aren't meant for everyone. They are limited. Get with the program.

I got the CE for ME1 and ME2 but I'm afraid I have to pass on this one. I just can't justify such an incredibly high price, no matter how badly I want it.
