I don't deny it's a opportunity, I can look past the silly "BUT ITS ICKY!" Paragon response. Cerberus can have it when they prove they can get things done. All I've seen is failboating, Archer is the one Cerberus person you find alive and he's done weird mecha tentacle things to his brother.

Why is it paragon and not renegade?

Personally I can see for reasons for it being paragon (telling the truth) and reasons for it being renegade (punishing a criminal, ignoring a friend's wishes for the better)

Point.  I think I forgot that, because everyone else was mentioning it. Although, don't you get a massive amount of Renegade points for it?

I believe it just depends on whether you charmed or intimidated her. Can't say for sure as I've never taken the charm route.
