I wasn't using my bioware account for some time, but in light of Mass Effect 3 i decided to re-play the whole serie.
So i log in, go to the DLC section and "starting to build a brick wall". There are no DLCs registrated for mass effect 2. More over, there is no ME2 registrated on my account. Same story for DAO and DAO2 - no DLCs, not even those that came with Bioware Signature Edition (but the games are in the list)!
I decided that i used wrong credentials, but i do not remeber regestreting duplicate bioware accounts (no point in it), and i still have 760 bp - the sum i left specificaly for the first ME3 DLCs. More over, i have all my DAO achivments and two of my DAO characters, which i can see in "profile diagnostic" section.
So, the question is: where did my money go?

So, i partly restored backup.
Bioware pionts EA order numbers*:

1) 339942747 560bp
2) 339943226 560bp
3) 339933630 1600bp
4) 340017507 560bp
5) 340022429 800bp

*-got them from confirmation letters on my account e-mail.
Plus i have confirmation letter on pre-order Dragon Age™ II: BioWare Signature Edition (gives 1 companion DLC and 8 items). The letter contains keys, so i won't post it here, but i can forward it to who ever is in charge of this problem.
Simple math tells us that this sums up to 4080 bioware points. Currently, there is 720 bioware points on my account and no DLC.
So, to make the long story short, i would really appreciate if all "free" DLC were restored and confirmed sum of 3360 bioware points was refunded to my account.
I will post additional order numbers as i got them from my backups.

Sweet. I got my DLCs back:-)
I still don't have ME2 in my registered games list, but i hope this won't be a problem.

I have the same problem I lost all my DLCs for ME2 and the game itself. Who should I contact to file a complaint?
