Well decided to play an Arcane Scholar of Candlekeep and Deekin does not sell the prestige class equipment introduced with MoTB. Is there some other place to get in in the OC, I can't seem to find anything useful doing a search myself.
Arcane Scholar Robes in OC?

ASoC was introduced with one of the expansions (either MotB or SoZ), so chances are you won't find the robes in the OC.
Although the robe itself is nice enough, it's ruined by a very unfashionably ugly hat in my opinion. I have an NPC in an upcoming module from Candlekeep, and I have her 'Do not show helmet' property checked to stop her looking ridiculous. Although I suppose a more elegant gold headband of some sort (headband of intellect, for instance) would override the robe's default hat.
