PC for me. I started the Series on PC and will end it there. I also have the CE on preorder already.

Why you ask? My brother purchassed PS3 Uncharted series, Kill Zone 2 and Little Big Planet. Pretty good console. Decision not regretted.

I don't have a PS3 (Even if I did, I'd stick to the 360 for ME, for my save data and imports), and my PC sucks a huge one for gaming.

There have already being made a poll for this subject before on BSN, can't remember which thread it was from though.

And if you wanna know what the results are last time i check, it's X360/X360 CE as the top ones, pc comes 3rd place, PS3 2nd place.

Thats argueable yes, but was just putting up incase someone would sooner or later ask the question.

PC. I like the 360 controls more, but I started the series on PC so I'll keep it there. I can't get too excited about the graphics since other than higher resolution and better load times there's not much difference between the PC and console versions of the ME series (how about a high res texture pack for PC, Bioware??).

I started on the 360 with ME1 then 2 so have to finish on there for completionist sake.

Then I got an Alienware laptop thanks to a small inheritance so have been playing on that too. Plus I can take the laptop with me when I go to my sister's babysitting and play when the kids are at school/in bed.

PC while my son and daughter will both use 360.  He is in the Air Force stationed at Minot, ND and she is graduating this spring from Clemson Univ.  We are looking forward to playing the MP co-opt.

For those using PC, in case you were not aware yet and if you are using NVIDIA GPU, they have just recently released updated beta drivers (295.51) that includes an SLI profile specifically for ME3.

PC. I have ME1 and 2 on PC so I guess it's the best way to go. I'd prefer PS3 though.

Luckily Mass Effect 1 and 2 are very easy to play on PC for controls. I pray ME3 is just as smooth. I own only a handful of games for PC, I love console gaming.
