I know that the wiki says this codex entry is found in the Gnawed Noble Tavern, but I haven't found it there. I know if you're a human noble, you can find it in your origin, but I'm playing as a Mage. any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

I selected every shimmering item in there. What room is it supposed to be in? Is it only available during the landsmeet? I'm playing the ps3 version, as an FYI.
