Though my absolute favorite is Oghren, listening to him and Wynn banter on about ale and back alleys makes things a lot more entertaining.

Gorim/Ohgren. He's voiced by Steve Blum, the same guy who voiced Spike Spiegel from Cowbow Bebop and Mugen from Samurai Champloo.
You guys should look at his list of work.. you'll be amazed at how much anime/video games this guy has done..

He played Xiahou Yuan and Sun Jian in DW!

They keep me in stitches and they really sell the dialogue.
I am a little more geared toward the comedic than the dramatic though.
There should be another thread for your dream writers.
Jim Butcher of Dresden Files fame would make the game worth playing just for the dialogue alone.
Not to take anything away from these writers. They did a hella-good job.

I couldn't agree more. It could be a game about smurfs and I would still buy it if it was written by Jim Butcher

And to bring it slightly back on topic, someone mentioned on these forums the other day that some of these Icewind Dale voices and sayings are in DA:O too.
I know Kath Soucie does voices in both games, so perhaps it is her.
Oh and Jim Cummings is also a voice actor on DA:O.

For some reason I really didn't like Leliana's voice. There was just something very ... strange about it. More likely than not that was on purpose, but nevertheless I found it annoying and tedious to listen to her. I did enjoy all the different accents in the game though - mad props to DA:O for the diversity of the cast. Normally I'm picky and I like hearing only British accents in medieval-ish set games (maybe blame WoW for this ... I haaate the North American NPC voices there) but here I was pleasantly surprised, especially with Oghren.
On that note, I have a soft spot for Zevran's Antonio Banderas-esque voice. It just killed me.

All of the main characters were very honest and real and emotional. Every single one of them has some comic timing as well.
I really think Steve Valentine as Alistair had the most natural performance. I feel like he was able to add his own little quirks here and there, not necessarily in specific dialogue, but his intention and delivery of the written lines. There were lines he had that would have just been okay if not for his unique and awesome delivery.
The name of Sten's VA escapes me but I loved him as well.
And Jon Curry as Zevran. In the moments where Zevran is being more "real" especially, he's pretty great.
EVERYONE RULED!

Lelianna's voice was a real French accent. What made it sound fake though was the fact that the actress learned English in London so that the cumulative affect sounds like an English person faking a French accent. I liked Lelianna's French accent when it was real but too often it felt like it slipped into English (if that makes sense).
I was more talking about Isolde and the Anora's french maid. Their accents were almost too cliche for me. Lelianne's never bothered me though.

If you play Leliana's personal quest, you'll meet someone from Leliana's past, and that character has a much thicker French accent than she does, and doesn't have her lisp.

Marjolane's accent is the harsh stereotypical accent that immediately comes off as FAKE. I mean, jesus, it made my ears bleed. But Leliana's accent is very nice and gentle. I love it.Freestorm Skinn wrote...

Oh, and I am female, but I found Leliana's voice to be very musical. I can see why you men find her so alluring. My little girl likes it when I play Leliana's song from the soundtrack and rock her on my lap. She says it sounds like a lullabye.
