You kind of have to be willing to sacrifice anyone to stop them, because if you don't stop the reapers, everyone will die anyway. I just really hope I'm not forced into a cliche decision of sacrificing shepard, or an LI. That's drama just for the sake of drama. I'd rather see more creative twists on the idea of sacrifice, where the best option isn't quite as clear.

Everything and everyone, if only it will give a chance for future civilizations. Say, blow up entire galaxy would be too much, but sacrificing entire galactic population, all inhabited planets, all garden planets, majority of resourses and majority of pre-garden planets is acceptable.

Same goes for moral choices.

For my main Shepard I'd sacrifice squadmate's over species, infrastructure over lives, and humans over others.

I'm not role playing him as trying to get my his species extinct mind, more that he's coming from the perspective that he doesn't feel he has the right to demand the deaths of other races, whereas because he is human he has more of a right to decide their fate.

It's the difference between giving up his own kidney to someone who needs it, rather than kidnapping someone and carving it out of them against their will.

My second Shepard isn't as idealistic or thoughtful though, so she'll just do what she can to get as many people through it all alive as possible. She'd sacrifice anyone or anything, as long as she thought it would be worth it in the long run.

Of course I have several Shepards, all with different motivations who'll give up different things, including a complete wanker, pro-Cerberus, 100% renegade, human supremesist, retarded bigot, who obviously will go out of his way to throw the other species under a bus, no matter how evil or stupid doing so would be.

None of them would sacrifice any LI they're actually in love with though. You just wouldn't.

Anthing is worth sacrificing even blow up half the universe because either way you save more than reapers will kill + galactic life atleast have a future, letting reapers win because to much is sacrificed is naive, this is either kill or be killed.
