 I have been having problems starting ME2.  When I press start on the first page i get a black screen for longer than what it normally should.  When I get to the main page, It also takes the cerberus network alot longer then it should.  when it does show up and I try to resume, it says that their are addons missing/corrupt and need to be DL again to play the game.  Some addons never get passed pending while others get done within seconds. I dont know if the addons I downloaded just just recently could be to blame, I DL the cerberus armor&weapon pack with the collector armor and assult rifle.  After that it seemed to have these symptomes, But idk why these addons would do this much damage.  Any ideas or anyone else having these problems?

Corrupted dlcs tend to be symptomatic of content not belonging to the console. You'll have to perform the content license transfer in most cases.

Also, register your game while you're at it.
