Goku. Strong-willed enough to not be indoctrinated and could easily destroy planets on his own. Plus, I don't believe Goku would have to worry about using weapons to blow up the Reapers. Unless you count his Kamehameha or Spirit Bomb.

Zero from Mega Man X games. He would bring advancement to the weapon technology of ME. with the omni-tool now able to produce a blade, down the road it could be both a saber like weapon (like the Z saber) and an arm cannon.

William Adama. One glare and the Reapers would surrender, and even if they didn´t he would probably improvise some tactic and beat them anyway.

If not for his son the cycle would probably have ended 150.000 years ago.
