Overrides not reliably Overriding [Spoilers in thread]

So this is in direct relation to my Interesting Boss Drops project.  I've been creating per-creature overrides, but they don't seem to reliably work. 

Specifically, the Ogre Boss (Ogre Alpha) override I made worked, but but Witherfang's doesn't.  If I make a new test module, the override still doesn't work for Witherfang, but it does for the Ogre.

So is there something I'm missing in how to flag my overrides?  I have compared my overridden Witherfang to the core game's creature, and their IDs and everything else are identical, it's just the item drops I altered.

Any pointers in what I'm doing wrong would be appreciated!

Are you sure you're overriding the right Witherfang?

I think there's two of them, one for the wolf form, one for the spirit tree druid form.

The tree druid isn't called Witherfang, and the model looks like a wolf, so I think so. Granted, I'm testing Witherfang specifically in a testing module and not in the core game, but that testing works for the Ogre just fine, as I'm using the Core override and not the Single Player override.

If your doing this from a save file, you may want to try re-enabling the module.

Load your game with the module turned off and save it, then load the new save with the module turned on.

On the other hand if you just placed these files in the overide you may have to start a new game altogather, or find a save file that doesn't have the data of that area in it yet.

Thats all I could come with at any rate >.>

if in your save the creature your trying to override has allready spawned your out of luck - it has no connection to source anymore after that (as its just a objetc that is based on the resource file)

you could try to "destroy" and re-spawn him
