I found this very helpfull list of achievements with the help of other gamers that I think I most share with those like me new to the game (for PS3 users I don't know if are the same for all consoles and Pc).... Hope you all like it ..
1. Talented (Bronze) – Upgraded a spell or talent.
2. Tag Team (Bronze) – Used teamwork to perform a cross-class combo.
3. That Thing Has Legs (Bronze) – Found and killed a Varterral.
4. Exorcist (Bronze) – Found and killed the undying Xebenkeck.
5. Weapon Master (Bronze) – Mastered a weapon style.
6. Craftsman (Bronze) – Acquired your first crafting recipe.
7. Financier (Bronze) – Became a partner in a Deep Roads expedition.
8. Dedicated (Bronze) – Reached Level 10.
9. A Friend In Need (Bronze) – Upgraded the armor of one of your party members.
10. Enchanter (Bronze) – Enchanted an item.
11. Mogul (Bronze) – Had 100 or more sovereigns in your purse.
12. Specialized (Bronze) – Took two class specializations.
13. I Got Your Back (Bronze) – ompletely upgraded the armor of one of your party members.
14. Immigrant (Bronze) – Became a resident of Kirkwall.
15. Delver of the Deep (Bronze) – Explored the Deep Roads.
16. Birthright (Bronze) – Kicked the slavers out of your ancestral mansion.
17. Darkness Falls (Bronze) – Toggled the map from day to night.
18. Explorer (Bronze) – Left Kirkwall to explore the outlying regions.
19. Spelunker (Bronze) – Visited 10 caves in Kirkwall and the surrounding area.
20. Mass Exodus (Bronze) – Reached Kirkwall with each character class across multiple playthroughs.
21. Knowledgeable (Bronze) – Unlocked 100 codex entries.
22. Tale Within A Tale (Bronze) – Listened to Varric begin his tale of the Champion of Kirkwall.
23. Full House (Bronze) – Recruited four party members.
24. Friends In High Places (Bronze) – Met Grand Cleric Elthina, Viscount Dumar, Knight-Commander Meredith, and First Enchanter Orsino.
25. Gift Giver (Bronze) – Gave a gift to one of your party members.
26. Flirtatious (Bronze) – Flirted with one of your party members and began a romance.
27. Friend (Bronze) – Earned the friendship of one of your party members.
28. Rival (Bronze) – Earned the rivalry of one of your party members.
29. Romantic (Bronze) – Completed a romance with one of your party members.
30. Mercenary (Bronze) – Allied yourself with the mercenaries upon arriving in Kirkwall.
31. Nefarious (Bronze) – Allied yourself with the smugglers upon arriving in Kirkwall.
32. Dragon Slayer (Silver) – Found and killed a high dragon.
33. Demon Slayer (Silver) – Found and killed the ancient demon, Hybris.
34. Unstoppable (Silver) – Completed a full year in Kirkwall without any party member being knocked unconscious.
35. Master Craftsman (Silver) – Crafted all of the items from a single crafting tree.
36. Crowning Glory (Silver) – Became the viscount of Kirkwall.
37. Legendary (Silver) – Reached Level 20.
38. Treasure Hunter (Silver) – Opened 50 chests.
39. Supplier (Silver) – Found every variety of crafting resources.
40. Archeologist (Silver) – During each year in Kirkwall, discovered 3 secret messages from the Band of Three.
41. Chantry Historian (Silver) – Found all four chapters of ‘The History of the Chantry,’ by Brother Genitivi.
42. A Worthy Rival (Silver) – Earned the Arishok’s respect.
43. Great Minds think Alike (Silver) – Earned the friendship or rivalry of four party members.
44. Champion of Kirkwall (Silver) – Completed Dragon Age II.
45. Epic (Gold) – Completed Dragon Age II twice, or completed it once with a save imported from Dragon Age Origins.
46. The Ultimate Reward (Platinum) – Completed all Bronze, Silver and Gold Trophies.
Hidden Trophies
47. Stone Cold (Bronze) – Defeated the rock wraith on your expedition into the Deep Roads.
48. King of the Hill (Bronze) – Defeated the Arishok.
49. Conquerer (Bronze) – Defeated Meredith, knight-commander of Kirkwall’s templars.
50. Arcane Defender (Silver) – Sided with the mages five times.
51. Mage Hunter (Silver) - Sided with the templars five times.
