Well it's not a FPS, so I think it's safe to say, no.

I like to have fun playing my games. I can't stand FPSes because I'm just don't have the patience or the finger speed to play them. It looks to me like that where ME3 is going - to a twichy, itchy, gotta be a good FPS person to play. Any ideas?
It's a third person shooter just like Mass Effect 1 & 2. Not a first person shooter.

first there is action mode for those who dont care about story
then there is story mode for those who care about story and not the action part, in this mode the difficulty is amp way down
the there is RPG, which is the whole package and how the Devs intend the game to truly be played.

>Twitch shooter
Pick one.
You can't have a twitch shooter for console games because every single one of them has aim assist and are built for clumsy thumb sticks and those aren't very conducive to twitch gaming.

Whether you view that as twitchy, I don't know.

tetrisblock, this is what I was talking about last week. It's become impossible to tell your joke threads from your serious threads.

FPS means First Person Shooter....have you ever seen Mass Effect in first person? No it is a 3rd person game...soo this thread is irrelevant.

Hey, it's a tetrisblock thread. You should know what you're in for when you click on it.

First, it's a TPS so theres no hint of FPS in Mass Effect 3. Second, good gameplay is a good thing. Do you want Bioware to go give us cr*p gameplay like ME1?
I loved ME1 so I guess yes.

ME3 = great story with love and squishy things
Twitchy shooter = kill counts that show how much death you can rain down
ME3 = "There will be swooping" and the Maker

Well, in Kasumi's room in ME2 you could get Shepard into a position next to the window where it was... sort of first person.

So a PC version of an FPS requires better reflexes than the console version?

Only if PC was the leading platform which Mass Effect wasn't. Play some counterstrike and quake, or even Team Fortress 2. The difference should be night and day.
