I didn't see a bug reporting section in the forums, but when it came time to decide Conor's fate I went to the Circle for help, but my codex entries state, in the Charcters section under Conor and Arlessa Isolde, that his mother sacrificed her life in order to save him.  I've read other reports that say using Blood Magic will update the Codex to state you sought help from the Circle.  I'm just wanting to make someone at Bioware aware of this.
