Michael Ironside.
He worked wonders with Sam Fisher, also, I remember way too well the 80's and 90's action movies where was constantly playing the charismatic badass badguy.

I'd play a renegade shepard if they have Joseph D. Kucan as a renegade shepard. For those who might not know of him, Joseph plays Kane the leader of Nod in Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars and Kanes Wrath. I really like Joseph as kane.
For a paragon Shepard Micheal Ironside, he was also in command and conquer 3: tiberium Wars

Though I agree with others, Meer & Hale are my first choices.
However, if I had to choose someone else to voice Shepard, it would be:
Nathan Fillion - MaleShep
Kate Beckinsale - FemShep (I could listen to her all day long)

He does well at playing the tough hero voices and i always love his dramatic speeches.
Female: Megan Hollingshead

I think Hale and Meer do a great job, but I wouldn't mind having Eva Green voice my femSheps for a switch up, she has a killer voice.
