i am playing a ME1 femshep for about the 100th time. i was attempting to end up with a save file involving no romance in order to transfer to ME2 (and eventually to ME3) with a clean save file, no relational strings attached to my shep and all options open....

so, i was on the way to the final mission / ilos and kaidan comes into my quarters and tries to sweep me off my feet.... wtf.... seriously? omg....

nothing against the guy but ffs i did NOT intend to even have this conversation with him. not only that but it seems like i wasn't even successful in making it clear that i "do not want a relationship with him!"... *facepalm* altho i was able to avoid actually sleeping with him the whole exchange ended almost like "not now kaidan we'll do it later hun" *double facepalm*

anyway.... am i screwed now? should i go back to a old save prior to virmire and go talk to him to avoid his picture showing up on my night stand in ME2? or technically did i dis him enuff to make him stop pursuing me? plz someone help . this is killin' me

did i really just romance Kaidan or am i ok?

finished ME1
transferred save file
started ME2 career
went up to shepard cabin.... kaidan's picture on desk *rolls eyes*

this romance bs is getting old.....

i dont want this dork's picture on my desk! why is his picture on my desk!?

can u not just get people to keep their hands to themselves on the ship??!!

Yeah, telling Kaidan to leave when he comes to Shepard's quarters does not end the romance.

Reload a save prior to the cutscene that occurs at lockers during the Normandy lockdown. Tell Kaidan off there. That will end the romance.

there's a hell of a game under all these "forced" exchanges but it's a little annoying at times

when meeting new crew members in ME2 i wish there was a "keep your f*#^$*% hands off me" dialogue option up front just to be clear with these needy freaks.......

yea... this is how i handled it today but it still kinda sucks....

i mean geez, i didnt want to tell the guy to F off. kinda just wanted him to keep his &*#@ in his pants ya know? just sayin....
