1) I ended up completing Witch Hunt and cleaned out my other saves before uploading my end-game character to the community site, apparently the save won't reload and I can't re-import my character, so I guess there's no way for me to get him uploaded here?
2) Since I play the PS3 version, and I've always been sort of curious about this, does the options file contain the unlocks for the bonus items you get for completing the expansions, or are those just tied to your account like the bonus items from DA2?

1.) Not really. Not that it matters. The only benefit I see to getting your dude uploaded is you get to use him as your avatar.
2.) They're somewhere on your PS3. Maybe it's the options. Maybe it's some line in game data. IT's there somewhere. At least, that's waht I think.
