No, they just talked shop with each other. DICE didn't work on ME3 at all.

They've been super helpful and are great guys, but it's inaccurate to state that they're working on the audio content in any way.
We make incredible different games and our discussions really highlighted those differences. However, it's been really interesting speaking to different studios to see how they approach combat audio and we've already done considerable work to make the game sound much betterI'm super excited about how the end result will sound!

I have to say... these videos aren't too bad for the most part. Still a lot of omni-blade wankery going on, but beyond that, nothing outright cringeworthy this time.
One thing though: I thought we'd been told that those "one piece DLC armours" had been fixed for ME3, and were no longer just one-piece affairs any more? But it appears they still are, which is disappointing. Can we at the very least remove the helmets this time around?
