I don't know but this armor beats all.

Uh how? Its just modified ME1 heavy armor standard to Alliance marines. That doesn't mean its better or cooler really..
That said I plan to have my Shep use a similar color scheme to the Alliance colors in my first playthrough to make him seem like he's part of the Alliance, but I don't hold any illusions that I want to make him look like the rank and file.

I like it because it has Alliance colors. I wish you could get armor with alliance colors for Shepard. I'd wear that. This N7 just doesn't look... "offical"? Dunno.

the only thing i don't like of the new armor are the red lights, but that detail is very minor
Yeah, I'm not a fan of the red lights either.

It totally ****s up my color scheme from ME2. I rocked metallic purple and white camo pattern and it would look just god awful with red lights. Thank the maker for the N7 Warfare armor.Epsilon330 wrote...
I don't know about anyone else, but I love the new red glowing parts. Looks a lot more fitting with the Grey-Black-Red scheme of the N7 logo.

I don't know because I like the look of it and the Alliance is badass? Kind of a strange response acting like an opinion on the look of something can somehow be considered incorrect. Also, everything in Mass Effect 3 is modified from ME1 in case you didn't know.
Shepard didn't use any of the three armors from ME1 in ME2, it was totally separated into modular pieces. They don't reuse everything as you think, if that were true we would have modular pieces to resemble ME1 armors.
There is a difference between core mechanics and innovation, game-wise there is alwasy something different from the previous installment.

Looks cool as always. I can't wait to get the N7 Defender Armor.
Love it.
I just wish I can customize it too.

Yeah, it looks modular like N7 in ME2. Didn't the Dev's say they wanted more armor custumization in this game?

There is a achievement for obtaining a non-customizable set of armor in ME3. Maybe this could be one of them?clopin wrote...

Hopefully, this time around there's an option to remove the shoulder pads. Never was a fan of them.
