There's more market for Android, anyway...come on EA. The marketing thing: you're doing it wrong.

No.  There are more Android devices.  However, Android owners have shown over and over again that they are not willing to pay for apps as much as iPhone/iPad users do.  Hence Android apps always, always make less money. Ergo, less people develop for that platform.

Maybe that has something to do with the fact that Android users can actually pirate their apps. Apple has such a stranglehold on their market it doesn't happen as much.

Still doesn't change the fact they lost a sale to an honest Android user by default by not offering it on the platform.

I think it's more about the huge variety in Android phones and the issues of making an app compatible with them all that's hindering the devs. I dunno.

Yeah - because ME:Galaxy was a huge roaring success.

Besides - I don't think the goal of this is to make money, the goal would appear to be getting people to play the single player game, to expand the ME universe. As such, you would think Saturation should be greater than the dollar value in this instance.

I will be buying this for my iPad. It does look good. Hilarious though. XD I enjoyed the earlier game with Jacob and Miranda. I actually liked them from that game. Then I played ME2. Yeah. I also realized, I never unlocked the reward for completing it! LOL

ME: Galaxy did poorly because it sucked.  Have you seen the reviews on the iPhone App store?  Are you telling me it would have sucked less on an Android?

Look, I am not being a fan-boy.  I am just telling you how the mobile industry thinks.  If you go to a mobile game company with an resume full of Android development, the first question they will ask you is "Can you develop for the iPhone".

I'll just make the first one into an image so it isn't missed in here.

Oh, he's pretty.  Can I touch him?

Suddenly want.

The more they do these things the more it is becoming Easy Mode.

There HAVE TO BE CASUALTIES NO RAINBOW ENDINGS.

I'm not touching any of this or multiplayer until I beat game at least 5 times.

I actually abhor touch screens. Another reason I'm happy with this phone.

Been looking to replace a six-year-old iPod but it's become rather difficult to find one with a slide wheel.

Wouldn't know - I've never been in a position to be able to play it.

No I agree with you, no doubt about it. But if a huge AAA company like BioWare is developing phone apps for money making purposes....then clearly behind the scenes all sorts of crazy must be going on.

My point is you would think that they're doing this for market saturation and exposure purposes. Not money. Considering how much they've pushed ME into other areas outside the norm - suddenly doing exclusively on one phone platform is disappointing and against what they're trying to achieve.

What happened to Bioware's policy of wanting "the widest audience possible" for their games? Restricting the game to Apple's walled garden cuts out a huge portion of the mobile market.

And I'm so sick of this "galaxy at war" thing already.

You hear news that goes either way.  It is hard to tell what to believe these days.

Whatever the case, the numbers say that a lot of people who buy Android use it only to surf the web and send e-mail; they never buy Apps.  If that changes, good for Android.  Then it will see more quality apps.

But it's not like the android OP isn't capable of handling such a thing right?

The pics do nothing for me personally, so I'm pretty okay with just YouTubing it. The perks don't mean anything to me either, as I've no interest in rainbow-sunshine endings and missing out on a gun won't kill me.

Mr. Infiltrator is a beautiful man.

It makes me ALMOST want to get it, but my most advanced Apple product is a bright orange iPod.  My cellphone, meanwhile, is at least five years old.

PASS.

This is a legitimate concern. Is this in-house or farmed out?  Because I could understand that, if farmed out, that the developer might want to be conservative on release platforms.

No one knows why Android owners don't buy apps.  If I knew, I would become an Android developer and become very rich.
