Hi Bioware,
When I bought a new copy of Dragon Age I got the blood dragon armor for Dragon Age 1 & 2 but the code never unlocked the armor for Mass effect 2. This was ages ago now so I dont still have the code and I didn't really mind at the time but still I said i'd see if ye could help me out.
Maybe ye guys could look up my code history unlocks or something like that, if thats even possible.
Thanks for any help....

Is the armor even on your User entitlements list?
And, is the correct account used?

The armor for Dragon age 2 is on my entitlements list but not for mass effect 2.

We can't look up any code history for you; that sort of thing would only be available to EA staff and they are few and far between on here.
Lord Payne has made a few suggestions, though the Blood Dragon armour should really unlock automatically with no further input from anyone; not that that helps....
EDIT: forgot the obligatory 'if you still have no joy at a solution then your only option left is to contact EA support'.
