I really want to play this game. I hope the release it on something other than a phone. I don't have any IOS or Android devices. I hope that you hear from him in ME3 even if you dont play it

It's on the iPad too.

But presumably we'll probably still see him in ME3. Everyone still saw Jacob and not everyone played Mass Effect Galaxy.

I don't got any Ipod/pad products. Ya, that's true. He sounds really cool

Apparently it is coming to Android "eventually" as well!

No android devices either. Anyone /offtopic. When i first saw him I was like "young Tim?". Does he remind anyone else of TIM in the face (Eyes most notably but TIMs eyes are green in ME3 for some reason)

Real Cerberus agents understand the motives behind TIM's actions and realize how important it is that he succeed.

This Randall fellow is another traitor ala Paul Grayson.

At the very least he seems to be a much more effective traitor. He's going to be able to rescue prisoners and provide Shepard a lot of good intel :wizard:

Besdies, what if he serves another faction in Cerberus that believes TIM has gone off the deep end? He could be doing this to make sure calmer heads are in control of the organization.

He's just a misguided fool who has lost sight of what's important. Nothing admirable about that.

This game... actually is starting to look interesting.

Didn't care in the least before, but seeing these screenshots and reading up a bit about it... hm...

Yeah I'm really not happy about another new character for ME3. I really wish Bioware would give us some of the ME2 squadies as permanent team members, ones I'm talking about, Thane, Samara, Jack, Kelly Chambers, Gabby & Ken, and Jacob T. (considering I think Jacob T. would be happy to leave Cerberus and join Sheps team) and I'd even be happy to have Zaeed and Kasumi.

It's not the fact we are getting another new character that irks me but the fact it's another new human dude, the ME3 Normandy is already too much of a sausage fest crew.

Mordin, Wrex, and Legion, don't bother me not being part of the team as I think they are best suited as allies/part time squadies as they'll help the certain parts of the plot and story.

Also Miranda is so far in Cerberus and completely loyal to "the Cause' and Illusive Man, that for her to not go back to Cerberus would be a complete character betrayal.

To say I'm not happy about this dude and in fact feel let down is an understatement.

Cerberus isn't as dedicated as she originally appeared. After all it doesn't take much for her to defect in ME3.

Though she was never really that much of a believer in the organization itself. Or rather, she didn't share their goal. She respected Cerberus for believing in a greater good and working towards it without fail. However that's not the same as Miranda herself being a believer.

You mean that he's not another sheep to the slaughter?

How's that bad? It just shows that he doesn't have his head shoved so far up TIM's ass that he's incapable of independent thought and can actually see past the bull**** Cerberus is constantly throwing at their operatives to cover up the atrocities.

From what I can see in the second screenshot: Randall might encounter the dark results of his alien capturing job which leads him to turning against Cerberus. It's one thing to hear that experiments are occurring, it's quite another to see the horrible atrocities that his organization inflicts on sentient beings.

I reeeaaaly hope that he is this "From Dust" DLC (though it is most likely [SPOILER SQUADMATE 1]). This guy seems really cool, and there is a need for more biotics in the squad. With a dead Kaidan, and a dead SpoiSquad1, there s only Liara.

I hope for the same thing. I think the Prothean is too integral to the plot to be a DLC squaddie anyway.

And Randall does provide you an interesting link to Cerberus while also having those interesting enhancements.

Not a surprise since pretty much all EA tie-in games get released on Android too.

If anyone's curious what to expect, check this video of Dead Space iOS/Android game: www.youtube.com/watch Mass Effect: Infoltrator is made by the same studio (Iron Monkey) and from what I've seen, people seemed to like the Dead Spce iOS alot

Well my estimation of this game just went sharply up!

To be fair, there has always been an equal number of men/women on the Normandy.

I think that for ME3 it is the same. In fact, counting on my fingers, I think there are more women in ME3 than men.

Another Cerberus operative for a love interest? Meh, I'd rather have him be way too messed up to have him even consider romance.

You just don't have the stomach to do what needs to be done and neither does Randall it seems.

Cerberus is better off without him.

I'm betting that he'll be one of the DLC characters. The *other DLC character seems too central to the plot to even be DLC anymore.

you mean the same Miranda Lawson that tends TIm her resignation if you take her with you to human reaper?  she's not as loyal to the Cerberus as you think she is.  she's loyal to the cause of preservation and enhancement of humanity, but she's not nearly as ruthless as TIM is.  and as you progress through the game, she's more and more bothered by what she discoveres about Cerberus.

but I digress.

could this guy end up being male version of Diana Allers?
