I'm willing to bet anything that he'll be a DLC character.

Still hoping that we eventually get a batarian too though.

It would be nice to get a few DLC characters after a couple of months.

It would be even nicer if we got a firm release date for Infiltrator!

Added a sexy new picture of Randall to the first post.

It looks like they are ramping up for release soon!

I've played this for just a little while. I really think his characterization with his handler (who is not Miranda BTW) would have been a lot better if they had a couple of missions together before the inciting incident occurred.

Miranda is not his handler. Inali is

It would be pretty awesome if he was a DLC squadmate.

it would also be pretty awesome if he somehow got tied up against Zaeed and you had to pick a side, getting to recruit the one you save, but if you dont have zaeed then you just get Ezno anyways.

Hopefully if he does get DLC in me3 that he has better voice acting thsi time arround.  :P

having a biotic with tactical cloak would rock.  It would be awesome if his abilities were really close to his set in that game (dropping a DoT biotic bomb, the homing missiles.  Those would both make awesome bonus powers for shepard to learn)  Getting those guns and armors that he had in the iOS game would be pretty awesome too.  (that bazooka...)

As much as I want ME2 guys back, I also like having some new guys too.

Unlikely Randall is an Iron Monkey character. not Bioware

I sincerely doubt that Iron Monkey owns the rights to Randall. Bio ware owns him.

Yeah some friends and I had a discusion about this. Infiltrator ends with Randell waiting for an Allience contact, in the dlc Shepard is his contact. Randell gives him the intel in exchange for Inali being brought to the Normandy's med bay for treatment. He, Shepard, and whatever squadmate you choose then go back to the Cerberus station Randell fought on to capture the Director there and gather whatever resources they can for the fight against the Reapers. After they capture the Director they go through his computer files andd find IFF codes that will let them infiltrate Omega which is under Cerberus control. You go to the Citadel to tell Aria who becomes a temporary squad mate. You all head to Omega and begin fighting Cerberus and retake Omega. Then you board General Oleg's (the Cerberus commander) ship and fight your way to the bridge. Upon getting there you have the option of killing him, which is what Aria wants. Or you can show Oleg Randell's intel on the horrible expirements that Cerberus was doing and broadcast a video of one expirement to all of the Cerberus forces in and around Omega and you then have the option to let him live and he and his forces will join you. But if you let him live you will have to kill Aria to prevent her from killing Oleg, or if you have a high enough paragon/renegade scale you can convince them both to join you. having Aria at the end of the mission will give her as a war asset that boosts all Terminus System related war assets and gives acess to her forces and Omega will become a hub world like it was in ME2. Oleg will have him and his Cerberus fleet and ground troops become war assets, and either way you gain acess to the Cerberus station on the other side of the Omega 4 relay as a war asset, and Randell becomes a full time squadmate

That would be pretty interesting if that ends up being the case.
