We're... sorry for posting threads about a subject we're involved in?

Do you wish for me to begin pointing out behaviors which most posters do that are predictable, they just don't stand out since they conform to the general thought processes of the horde?

It's not like you guys never thump your chest and call us naive idiots.

Erhm, the namecalling is predominantly a paragon-exclusive trait on here...

*facepalm*  Not to mention there have been a couple of occasions where your comrades deliberately posted spoilers from the leak.

 1. If you let council die humans will be hated more by other races.
2. If you let rachni queen die she wont help you which she seems to say she will in me3.
3. Wrex death will make it harder get krogan on your side.

1. What did you expect?
2. What did you expect?
3. What did you expect?

What did you expect when you made these three choices? Something very good to happen? Any more examples? :)

1. People would be happy i saved them all instead of just trying to save the council.
2. That they will get taken over by reapers
3. You got me there.

Wrex's death isn't a Renegade decision though; you can save him with Charm, Intimidate or Neutral (Family Quest). >_>"

Quickly before this descends into more petty name calling.

1. The cold war between the turians and humans meant in a human dominated council we'd have more warships then the paragon universe. Unfortunately Bioware retconned (or whatever you want to call it) it so that paragons get the extra ships anyways.
2. Krogan support and renown. Not truly necessary though, just some acknowledgement of the choice would be nice.
3. Not a renegade option.

what about the renegade choice in overlord? you advanced the studies of geth control. renegade for talis loyalty mission? you gain loyalty of all quarians. renegades have beneficial choices. its just saving people makes those saved people happy, so they help.

My point
Name one choice that looks like it will turn out better for rengades.

The game has a tilt towards paragon but renegades can still get the "golden" ending.

What you'll have to do to get that you may not like. Then again what paragons will have to do to get the "golden" ending they may not like.

It's interesting... one of Vigils main comments is that the Protheans were defeated because their seat of government was toppled.

I think Bioware favored DA destroyers (more than likely Renegades of some shade) by simply saying - "Oh, yeah - well the galaxy spanning uber powerful Protheans were toppled... but not you humans! You hold it together! Yeah you!"

The galaxy should have descended into utter anarchy - especially with no real reason (the Reapers) to be unified.

A statement of exasperation that this same topic is being brought up for the 1000000th time? That seems about right.

You consider the open post the first post? I thought it went: Open post, 1st post, second post etc.

Okay then third post.

Also it's natural this would be brought up frequently. It's a problem in the ME series that many take issue with, unfortunately Bioware doesn't seem to care.

And by many you mean extremely beligerent and vocal minority.

A few have legitimate gripes but as far as I'm concerned most of the kicking and screaming from BOTH sides is just 2-yeard olds throwing a tantrum because Mommy won't by the exact toy they want.

We represent a whole playtsyle the game provides. Our concerns matter.

I have not been exposed to this, or at least not from 'my side'.

All I wanted was choices to be judged on their merits, with some P choices coming out better then R ones and some P ones failing with the R choice coming out better. Also with some other choices they could garner both positive and negative repercussions and have it ultimately decided by the individual if whether the positives out weigh the negatives.

From what I've seen this is a common view amongst most renegade posters.

Unfortunately Bioware went with P=best so it 's natural a portion of the fanbase is going to be pissed.

Then you need tom open your eyes. Saphra is the biggest offender of you all.

As for that, all I can say is you are overblowing what Bioware did. As I already said in this thread, Paragon does get slightly better treatment but renegades do get the win too.

Saphra is one of the most reasonable posters on this forum and basically wants exactly what I described (which really benefits everyone).

No, he goes around spoiling the game  for others and being the definition of a jackass. The fact you try to defend him puts your credibility down.

And yes, have you actually read and understood it?

Why do people automatically equate renegade to supporting Cerberus? My femshep is a renegade through and through but I'd love to put a bullet in TIM's brain at the first chance I get (I still love the character though and Martin Sheen is awesome)

Um... it doesn't favor paragons? I'm sure ME3 will have a "good" ending for both sides: one where everyone lives happily ever after and one where humanity takes over everything, no matter how "unrealistic" either may be.

Or do you mean a lack of content? Well obviously, if you run around killing everyone, it would only make sense that they would not show up later.
