Not ony is this points system a fascist insult and a scam for perpetuation of business ...but WHY is it  so hard to BUY points...WHere do you do that at ?
And dont tell me IN the spalsh screen interface ...because if i click the ADD POINTS button ..nothing happens even if i am looged into the dragon age servers.
WHat an ANNOYING, frustrating, crappy experience...IT really destroys a part of the pleasure the game seeks to offer.
I have spent over an hour and a half looking for where to buy the points ...what happened to a *&^&*% button the dsays PURCHASE POINTS?... Hopw can such a technical world be run with so LITTLE common sense?
Also /
THE stone prisoner is available in my download and i assume since i bought my game digitally through steam i should have an activation code since it supposed to be included...but the REDEEM CODE button does NOTHING either

If no one can tell me HOW to but points ...i guess you lose the money ...

First and foremost, getting angry solves nothing, so please, take a few breaths and relax.



Next, I see you managed to get logged in here, so hold your mouse cursor over the "profile" menu on the left hand side, if you can't find that, I posted a screenshot.



Next select "Buy Bioware Points" from the menu that slid out, see screenshot.



Now just follow the on screen instructions.



You can also click this graphic on the left hand side that says "Dragon Age Orgins: Expand your game." and it will take you to the points store.



Next, to redeem your code, look back to the 2nd screen shot, and select "Redeem Promo Code."
