However...if I was going to intentionally kill someone off, it would be Tali.

Shame you cant kill him yourself, instead you have to settle for a news report :S but atleast you can shoot him in the leg

There is one person i would love to see die in the game, but the game doesnt let me. Mr. Elias Kelham... i would pay for a DLC just to get a mission to kill that guy.
Hell, I'd pay for a DLC to kill someone who just looked like him.

have i thought about killing anyone for the purpose of not having them in me3 yes.
I have multiple playthroughs where a lot of people died or no one dies, in almost all of them tho i always killed jacob i never liked him. in my last one tali was the only one who died.... wait no i take that back i killed zaeed for getting tali killed. but for the most part i always kept mordin garrus and tali alive

Somehow Conrad never appeared in my game even though I was nice to him in ME1. So I guess..thats an invisible kill?

it could have been that you only partially completed the "The fan" side quest.

Considering how easy and practical the SM is to keep everyone alive; I consider it sloppy work to have someone die, and my Shepard isn't sloppy. I can understand people not finishing loyalty missions because they don't want loyalty, but sending a crap biotic to hold the shield or a non techie to do the vents is a bad decision for a N7 operative to make.

Fair enough.
Still worth it for me.

noted, i've killed off ole jake and zaeed a few times....wonder how much of an impact it will have on me3....i'm guessing we won't get to kill ron taylor or vido if that's the case

There is allways the merc squad leader in Illium Thane recruitment mission, cant resist pushing him through the window.
That's one of the few people I have intentionally killed. Shepard's line there is priceless.
I have lost at least half of the Normandy's crew on at least one play through. With one playthrough, I did not stop Mordin from killing Maelon and I think I may have encouraged Jacob to kill his father for kicks and giggles. Like JeffZero, I have not intentenially killed off crew.

i did let vido go so i dont think we will be seeing him in me3. i also wonder if fist is going to try and help in some way since i almost always let him live
i've always wondered if bit players like fist or helena blake would make a difference in me3 in some way....guess we'll see in a few weeks

2nd Shep - All Males Died. Legion sold to Cerberus.
3rd Shep - All Humans Died.
4th Shep - All Unloyals (Via Failed Loyalty Missions) Died. All Cerberus Personnel Died (excluding Chakwas).
5th Shep - Only DLC Survive. Entire Crew dead.
7th Shep - Garrus, Tali, and Mordin Died. Legion sold to Cerberus. Grunt stuck in a can. Thane and Samara not recruited. (Xenophobic Shep Basically)
8th Shep - All Females Died. Legion counted as male.
9th Shep - Mordin, Kasumi, and Legion Died. (Wanted a file with several living failed loyalty squad members with a couple of dead members.) Half the crew dead.
Edit: In regards to a later post...

and how do you all expect this to effect me3
Don't know. That's why I did it. If ME3 had been out when I made these Sheps, I could look through wikis and walkthroughs and pick and choose for the sake of variety and intended outcomes, like I've been doing for DAO and DA2. Since it's not, "randomizing" squad deaths will lead to potentially more unique playthroughs and "oh snap I screwed up big time" moments if my chances at getting some help against the Reapers is severely impacted by a dead squadmate.
Of course, there's the obvious what-if scenarios like Mordin and the genophage, Legion and the rest of the geth...But since they died without the intent of deliberately making it harder to get krogans and geth on my side, it'll be interesting to see how things turn out for each Shep.
