Yes of course. That's totally different from SOPA.

FYI SOPA's main purpose was to protect IP. Not to censor the internet. The censorship was a very unpleasant side effect of it.

But let's not let knowledge ruin your arguement.

Yeah because sopa totally wasnt made by corporations to censor the internet and it isnt one of many bills that they have been/are making. Also actas main porpuse is to make one blanket law on copyrights so that other countries cant harbor pirates. Sopa was a completely different bill. ACTA isnt as bad, its bad but not as bad as SOPA. SOPA was a ****ing nuke from orbit on the internet. I support completely rethinking the copyright law in the age of internet.
