G'day Folks,

I'd like to store a couple of pieces of persistent information. My first inclination was to set up a plot variable, but they seem to be boolean only.

I'd prefer not to affect every module / item in existence.  My next approach was to adjust  a specific item to use a different GDA since that is an item attribute, but I can't find any method of inserting a new GDA into the toolset..

My last option was to extend the existing GDAs with a M2DA, but none of the base var_ 2da's appear in the 2da_base.xls so it doesn't look possible.

Is a small persistent store this difficult or is there something I overlooked?
