As you know this product, has already solled out. I'm one of them who will buy this game anyway if it comes out again.. BIOWARE, PLEASE LET US PRE-ORDER FOR COLLECTOR'S EDITION (ON XBOX 360) ...

Bioware has already confirmed they will not be increasing the amount of CE's, you should've preordered earlier. However, if you're lucky, stores sometimes sell the cancelled CE's on day of release, or you can find one on eBay.

Check futurshop its a canadian retailer and still has them in stock atm, but they only ship within canada

They let you. They let you pre-order it since last year. It has been over 7 months. Pre-orders don't take your money and then they keep it. Sometimes they take a deposit. Others take no deposit.
So here's your bet. Go HERE and look for a retailer that sells the CE for Xbox 360 and pre-order it. I know of someone in Finland who couldn't find any online so he ordered it from Sweden.

As Lilyas stated, try a retail store or you can keep checking online. OR do what I said and order from another country and wait for a week or two longer (depending on how long it takes). You will feel the pain of not playing ME3 on the release day unlike the others, but hey, you will get your CE at the cost of a few days extra wait.
Then again, the argument of "why didn't you pre-order it sooner" comes up, but I don't wanna go there. Sorry. It isn't happening. The physical items that go along with the CE for 360 cannot be produced this quickly. You can still preorder the digital version as digital items have no quantity limit.

I think you don't really have to worry. I can still find Signature Editions of DAII and could still find Collector's Editions of ME2 for like, over a year after release for reasonable prices. I'm sure some stores will offer some once the game comes out.
