Honestly didn't think my thread would still be going. Curious as to how this is really a spoiler? The achievement's list has been leaked for over a week now and its all over the damn place. That and this thread really hasn't spoiled anything because nobody has a clear idea as to who the achievement is referring to.

That's incredibly unlikely.
It has to be someone who is present no matter what. Hence why the ex squadmate betrayal doesn't necessarily fit and why Balak or Fist or any other potentially dead character doesn't work. TIM, Kai and Harbinger are the only ones that I think are possible.
If its an "either-or" achievement, then there has to be one foe that's there regardless. Otherwise there will be playthroughs for which its impossible to get the achivement and that's just something they're not going to do.Volkrex wrote...

And as for the old adversary, as others have mentioned, I too like the Thorian. I vaguely recall something of the Feros colony beginning to experience what they felt back in ME1 again, on Illium in ME2 with Shiala, so it's not impossible.
And ExoGeni did make off with the thorian corpse IIRC. Otherwise Harby and Harkin are the only other two possibilities I can think of right now, as others have already mentioned.

That is a good point - and also EXACTLY why I believe schools should teach basic life skills before woryring about business mathematics.
But yeah - I don't mind spoilers - but they should be optional for people to see - not plastered in front of their noses in places that specifically say "No spoilers".
