It has to be TIM. I'm sure of it. I mean is anyone surprised if we weren't going to face TIM.
Even if it isnt the the achievement for defeating TIM I still have a gut feeling were're going to be facing TIM

Yes but look at the wording of the achievement. Would you honestly consider TIM an "old adversary"? Hell, you worked for the guy a few months prior to the events of ME3. I wouldn't consider that "old" nor would I consider TIM to have been an adversary during that time. You've had an adversarial relationship with Udina since ME1.
